Reporting To: Sr. Manager; Account Services
Location: Hauppauge, NY

Responsibilities

  • Data input and confirmation of purchase orders
  • Provide customers with tracking information and proof of delivery
  • Create agendas for customer visits
  • Work with in-house departments to gather data for customer open order trackers
  • Prepare sample requests for mailing to existing and potential customers
  • Order product samples, as needed
  • Assisting Account Managers with other administrative responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Minimum Associates Degree; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • MUST BE Bilingual English / Spanish
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a fast-pace office environment
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, organized, extremely personable and professional
